At Paris Explorer, we strive to provide exceptional service and a seamless experience for our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or modifications to bookings are available. Please review this policy carefully before making any booking.


1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available for cancellations or service changes made in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 90 days before the scheduled tour or service will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the booking will be eligible for a partial refund of 70% of the total amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

1.2 Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Last-minute bookings (within 30 days of the scheduled service)
  • Custom tours or special travel arrangements
  • Membership fees for exclusive club services
  • Vouchers, Gift Vouchers, Coupons
  • (Downloadable) Software Products

The non-refundable nature of these services will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • The option to reschedule the service at no additional cost
  • A credit towards a future service

We will notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.


5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

5.1 Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
